What does the RM1,099 setup include?
The Next One package includes REMFLOW AI onboarding and setup, a basic landing page, FAQ and lead-enquiry flow setup, plus SSM registration assistance if required. Government and third-party fees are separate. We confirm the final scope with you before onboarding.
How does the monthly offer work?
The service starts from RM299 per month, with RM1,099 setup. The first month’s monthly service fee is free; the setup fee still applies. We confirm billing dates and the final scope before you start.
Are AI usage and WhatsApp message charges included?
No. AI-provider usage and applicable Meta/WhatsApp charges are separate from our service fee. You connect your own supported AI-provider account. Your usage, chosen provider and WhatsApp message categories affect those costs.
Can I review replies before the AI sends them?
Yes. Draft mode prepares replies for your review. Eligible automatic replies can be enabled after your knowledge, provider and WhatsApp setup are ready. Your team can take over conversations that need personal attention.
Can I use my existing WhatsApp number?
We assess your current number and WhatsApp Business setup during onboarding. Eligibility, migration, WhatsApp Business app coexistence and retained history depend on the account; they are not automatic or guaranteed.
What information does the AI use?
You provide the business instructions, FAQ and property information you want the assistant to use. We help organise that knowledge and review example replies. Keep listings and availability up to date; uncertain facts and viewing arrangements need your team’s confirmation.
Is this the same as your Official WhatsApp API package?
They solve different needs. REMFLOW AI brings AI-assisted enquiry handling, leads and property context into a workspace. The Official WhatsApp API service focuses on onboarding and platform setup. We review your existing setup and explain what is needed for your chosen workflow.
What happens when I request a demo?
The button opens a WhatsApp enquiry to Next One. Tell us about your role, team and current WhatsApp process, and we will follow up to arrange a suitable walkthrough. Clicking the button does not confirm a booking, activate an account or start billing.
